Six Ways In

Whatever your situation

Money is the reason most people don't call. So here's exactly what each path costs and what happens next — before you talk to anybody.

Most common

I have Medicaid

Utah Medicaid covers treatment here, and if you're on Targeted Adult Medicaid you may also qualify for housing support through HRSS.

  • Treatment covered
  • Housing help may be covered too
  • We verify it for you — you don't chase it
Usually little to no out-of-pocket cost for treatment.
Commercial plans

I have insurance

Private or employer insurance often covers Day Treatment, IOP, and outpatient care. We check your benefits and tell you the real number before you commit.

  • Free benefits check
  • Same-day admission when a bed is open
  • Private and semi-private rooms available
You'll know your actual cost before day one. No surprises.
No insurance, no money

I can't pay anything

This is the one people are most afraid to ask about. There are Utah scholarship funds built for exactly this — and we apply on your behalf.

  • We know which funds you qualify for
  • We handle the applications
  • Some cover months of housing and therapy
Being broke is not a disqualifier here. Ask anyway.
Private pay

I'm paying myself

Private room, same-day admission, weekly family updates, transportation included, and discretion for people whose license or career is on the line.

  • Private or semi-private room
  • Weekly call to whoever you choose
  • Documentation for employers or boards
Your payment also keeps a scholarship bed open for someone who has nothing.
Court, probation, DUI

It's court-ordered

We work with courts, probation, and attorneys every week. You need proof of compliance — we produce it without you having to chase anyone.

  • DUI and DV classes on site
  • Compliance letters for your PO or attorney
  • Enrollment documentation before sentencing
Your PO or attorney can call us directly — we answer.
Family & friends

It's for someone I love

You can't force anyone into recovery. But you can find out what's available, what it costs, and exactly what to say — before they're ready.

  • We'll talk to you even if they haven't agreed
  • Al-Anon and family resources
  • Weekly updates once they're here, if they consent
Calling on someone else's behalf is not betraying them. It's loving them.

No Mystery

What actually happens after you reach out

1

You hear from a person

A real human calls or texts — usually same day, always within one business day. Not a robot, not a queue.

2

We figure out the money

Insurance verified, Medicaid checked, or scholarship applications started. We do the paperwork, not you.

3

You get a plan

Level of care, a bed if you need one, transportation if you need it, and a start date you can actually count on.

4

Somebody stays with it

A case manager who knows your name. Not a file number, not a different person every week.

The Honest Part

Nobody gets turned away for asking

If money is the thing stopping you, read this

  • Utah scholarship funds exist specifically to pay for recovery housing and treatment for people who can't. We track which ones are open, what they cover, and who qualifies.
  • We apply for you. Most people never get these funds because nobody told them they existed or the paperwork beat them.
  • Medicaid may cover more than you think — including housing-related support if you qualify.
  • Payment plans are normal here. If you're paid weekly, we can bill weekly. Rent should match how you actually get paid.
  • Owing money before doesn't disqualify you. Come talk to us.

One Form, One Minute

Tell us where you're at

Every question is optional except how to reach you. The more you share, the less you'll have to repeat on the phone.

Step 1 of 3 — about a minute total. A real person replies within one business day.

One of these is required. A phone number or an email — whichever you'd rather we use. We can't reach you back without one.

This goes straight to our intake coordinator — not a call center, not a lead broker. We don't sell or share your information.

You did it. That was the hardest part.

Someone from our team will personally call or text you — usually the same day, always within one business day.

If you'd rather not wait, call us right now at (801) 816-4977.

And if things get bad before we reach you, call or text 988. Any hour.
